- The 49th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Surgical Metabolism and Nutrition (JSSMN) will be held July 5 - 6, 2012 at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, Maihama, Urayasu City, near the Tokyo Disneyland. The meeting offers an opportunity to present original data in poster and oral presentation sessions. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific program committee, and the committee will designate the placement after considering all abstracts for topic, grouping, etc.
Abstracts should be submitted online. Only original unpublished research should be submitted. - High-quality abstracts are subjected to Travel Grant Award, where all your travel expenses, accommodation charges and registration fee are reimbursed by JSSMN and the award winner receives a research fund up to 200,000 yen.
2. Abstract Submission Guideline
The submission of an abstract implies your consent to a potential publication in JPEN. All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are expected to attend the Annual Meeting and to register at the registration desk by the date of the meeting.
- Abstracts should be submitted through E-mail at chibadaieccm-office@umin.ac.jp.
- Abstracts should be submitted in English and the abstract text should be less than 300 words.
- Authors could further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is your own responsibility for the authors to ensure that the text does not contain typographical and/or grammatical errors.
- Because no proof-reading will be carried out, no correction will be made after the submission deadline.
- Although authors have an option for choosing the form of presentation, oral or poster, the final decision will be made by the scientific program committee because of the limitation of time and space.
